Inspired by the time when things get sketchy…There is a time in skateboarding when it’s time to bail or dismount. It’s that time when the boarder knows there is no hope for a clean landing, stickin’ the trick, or riding out the slope and the only option is to bail or crash. There is also a point when the old, trusty deck has served its time and the skate trucks and wheels are removed to be attached to a new deck. Instead of putting that old deck out to pasture, the D-mount skateboard wall mount gives the old deck a new life as a work of art, a trophy, and a reminder of the first time you landed that sick trick.

The D-mount is designed to be installed on most surfaces at nearly any angle. The clean “D” shaped skateboard wall mount bracket with a key-hole slot allows for very quick vertical mounting with a single screw. This single screw mounting also makes removal very easy to show a friend or replace with another deck.  For maximum creativity, pivot the D-mount to any angle on the mounting surface and set a second screw.

Simple wood skateboard decks with their graphic richness and unique character and history make amazing works of art whether displayed alone or in patterns created with multiple decks. The D-mount can also be used to display that broken-in-half deck. By using two D-mount brackets, the two halves of the deck can be mounted to exaggerate the break.

The D-mount comes in standard (black / white) or customized colors of powder coated steel, and includes mounting hardware.
